There are different solutions for the issue, depending on what platform you are using.

This is not simple, you have to manually ask your game hosting company to update the software in order to run the etjump 2.3.0, tell them that you need your server to have GLIBCXX_3.4.20 installed. In some cases they will refuse to do so, it's up to you to decide, whether you want to change the hosting or not.
